I made an amazing feast for our family this Sunday. I like to do something a bit special for everyone on the weekend.
We had a delicious lasagna with a side salad and garlic bread, finished with some cherry cheesecake for dessert 🤤
Can’t recommend enough using bechamel when you make your lasagna!
Oh course you can’t have lasagna with a side salad, this one is anti-pasti inspired, with olives, tomatoes and marinated artichokes.
Then we carb loaded with some bread, on top of the lasagna. Some deliciously buttery, garlicky bread.
And to top it all off we had homemade cherry cheesecake!
