Do you love egg rolls? Have you ever tried a super tasty deconstructed egg roll bowl?
Very easy and tasty and you can upgrade a basic appetizer to a full meal.

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger (1 tsp ginger powder if you don’t have fresh)

- 1/4 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- 1 sliced green onion (optional)
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
Method:
- Put your oil in the pan, add your meat, soy sauce, ginger and spices then begin browning your ground meat;
- When meat is browned add in your onion, celery and carrot and cook until tender;
- Finally, add in your cabbage, stir to combine then cover until your cabbage is bright and cooked but still have some crunch;
- If you have it, mix in your sesame oil for additional flavour and peas, then serve over your favourite rice;
